Leading from the living-room is a big U shaped veranda around the house with 2 sets of tables and chairs for 10 people for all fresco dining. With one double room en suite and 3 twin bedrooms all with own bathrooms (one room in separate apt in the back garden) makes the house ideal for more families and groups of friends.The house can accommodate up to 8 people. The pool and the garden are maintained daily by our neighbor who lives at the back of the property. Garden borders on the dunes, a protected area, accessible by a door in the fence. Own water supply by a pump that pumps up water from the dunes and supplies the house with water via reservoirs on top of the roofs. The water can be drunk safely without having to be cooked. We have an agent in nearby Ponta Negra, fluent in Dutch, English, Portuguese and Spanish and who can be reached for questions and who will hand over keys to the property and do a house tour with the necessary explanations.
